Website purpose
This website provides general information about SMH Photography, displays selected portfolio work, accepts photography inquiries, and links booked clients to outside services. Information may be updated without notice.
Inquiries, availability, and booking
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve a date, or guarantee availability or pricing. A booking is complete only when the applicable photography agreement is signed and the required non-refundable retainer is received. Your proposal and signed agreement control the scope, fees, delivery, rescheduling, cancellation, usage, and other terms of the photography services.
Payments
Payments are processed through Square. Use the payment link only for an amount provided by Stephen in a proposal, invoice, agreement, or direct communication. A payment made without the required signed agreement does not by itself reserve a date.
Client galleries
Finished client galleries are delivered through Pixieset. Keep gallery passwords and private links confidential. Access, downloads, expiration dates, and permitted uses may also be governed by your photography agreement and the gallery provider’s terms.
Portfolio and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, photographs, written content, branding, and design on this website belong to SMH Photography or are used with permission. They may not be copied, edited, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission. Display of client photographs is governed by the applicable agreement and permissions.
External services
This website links to services operated by Jotform, Square, Pixieset, social platforms, and other providers. SMH Photography is not responsible for the availability, security, or content of those separate services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Accuracy and availability
Reasonable care is taken to keep this website accurate and available, but uninterrupted access or error-free content cannot be guaranteed. Contact Stephen directly if you encounter a problem or need confirmation of any important detail.
Which terms control?
If these website terms conflict with a signed photography agreement, the signed agreement controls for that client’s services. These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
