When you inquire, book, communicate, or use client services, SMH Photography may collect your name, email address, phone number, contact preference, requested session type and date, location, number of people, creative vision, notes, referral source, questionnaire responses, contract and payment status, and gallery-related information.
Payment card details are processed by Square. SMH Photography does not receive your full card number through this website.
How information is used
Your information is used to respond to inquiries, check availability, prepare proposals and agreements, plan and perform photography services, request and record payments, deliver galleries, provide support, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Services that help run the business
This website and client workflow use service providers that may process information on behalf of SMH Photography, including Jotform for forms, Google for business records and communication, Square for payments, Pixieset for gallery delivery, and the website hosting provider. Each provider has its own privacy practices.
Sharing and selling
